When I was in my early 20's my father began to teach me the value of a dollar. I had my first job out of school and he taught me how even putting the minimum in an IRA account would serve me well down the long road of my soon to be professional life. As I rolled my eyes for the lack of real interest I had in this state at 22, my father still managed to accomplish what he set out to do, make me comfortable and secure with the idea of money.

My father is since long gone, but he left me with a legacy of which I am forever grateful. My dad was able to explain things to me in such a way that I would not be intimidated by the many facets of money, but rather want to embrace it and learn even more. I believe the accumulation of wealth can start as early as you choose to embrace it.
